Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship within the US, to Canada and worldwide. Standard flat rates at checkout:
- United States: $9
- Canada: $20
- Rest of the world: $30
Some items, such as blankets and cases, have their own rates shown at checkout. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii or other outlying US territories may incur above-average shipping fees. For a more specific international quote, contact us.
What is your return & exchange policy?
All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges are given on any purchases. See our Terms & Conditions.
My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
Sign for any obviously damaged parcel as “damaged” on the delivery receipt. Damage claims are filed with the shipping carrier under the carrier’s terms and conditions.
Can I choose my headband’s thread or tag color?
No. Every Hormesis headband is handmade with natural fabrics and dyes, so each one may vary from the photos, and thread and tag colors are random. Headbands season with wear and washing.
How do I care for my headband and attire?
Hand-dyed and batik pieces: hand wash only and air dry. Do not use a warm or hot machine wash or a dryer. Active apparel: follow the label; generally a gentle cold or warm wash and air dry, never a hot dryer. Read the full Product Care Guide.
What is the 10% kit deal?
Build a kit of 4 or more pieces in Build Your Look and save 10%. The kit deal doesn’t stack with other discounts.
